The information provided in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal contract or guarantee of service. VisionSmith Management reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By booking or purchasing any service through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VisionSmith Management, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, results-focused consulting services. Because our work often begins before the first session through research, preparation, and customization, we maintain the following refund and cancellation terms:

✅ Consulting Services & Strategy Calls
   •    All consulting services are non-refundable once the session or engagement has started.
   •    If you need to cancel or reschedule a strategy session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We’re happy to reschedule your session at no additional charge.

📅 Workshops & Custom Engagements
   •    For half-day or full-day workshops, cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future date.
   •    Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable due to time and preparation costs but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

📌 Ongoing Retainer or Advisory Packages
   •    Monthly retainers may be canceled with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months already underway.
   •    Unused hours or sessions do not roll over unless previously agreed upon in writing.
